1. Parties and eligibility
The final section will identify OpShop.Kiwi Limited, the approved Vendor Organisation, its Stores and the requirement to operate in trade.
2. Store, user and access responsibilities
The final section will cover primary ownership, organisation administrators, area managers, Store managers, staff, volunteers, listing support and account security.
3. Listings, products and media
The final section will cover accurate product data, genuine images, the 30-image maximum, brands, measurements, condition, prohibited products, AI assistance and review workflows.
4. Orders, shipping, returns and payouts
The final section will cover fulfilment, collection, customer communication, refunds, chargebacks, authorised deductions and payout administration.
