From application to fulfilment
A practical vendor journey, built around real Stores
OpShop.Kiwi separates the public Vendor Centre, secure Vendor Workspace and OSK Platform Operations so each person sees the right information and tools.
The process
What happens after you make contact
-
1
Application and verification
OSK reviews the seller, trading status, Store type, products and support needs.
-
2
Vendor Organisation setup
The legal or operating organisation is created with the appropriate primary owner.
-
3
Store creation and approval
Each Store receives its own location, profile, people, status and public settings.
-
4
People and permissions
Organisation owners, area managers, Store managers, staff, volunteers and listing support receive scoped access.
-
5
Public profile preparation
Store information, contact details, opening hours, social links and visibility are reviewed before publication.
-
6
Product listing
Products use category-driven fields, genuine images, measurements, condition and brand controls.
-
7
Order and fulfilment
The Store receives the order and follows the current shipping, collection and customer communication process.
-
8
Payout and reporting
Approved deductions and payout information are recorded through the marketplace process.
Roles and access
Larger organisations do not need to share one login
- Organisation-wide owner and administrator access
- Area or regional management for authorised Stores
- Store manager access limited to the correct Store
- Staff and volunteer access based on assigned work
- Listing-support access without unnecessary financial visibility
- Customer accounts remain separate from vendor administration
Feature status
Current, active-development and planned capabilities
| Status | Feature | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Available | Vendor application and support conversations | OSK can discuss suitability, current selling arrangements and onboarding needs. |
| In development | Store and role management | The new marketplace foundation supports organisations, multiple Stores and scoped permissions. |
| In development | Draft and approval listing workflows | Volunteer or staff drafts can be reviewed by authorised managers. |
| Planned | Point of sale and product labels | Future tools will connect online and bricks-and-mortar stock where appropriate. |
| Planned | GoSweetSpot and accounting connections | Integration wording will be updated only when each service is operating. |
The new marketplace is being built in controlled stages
A feature is not described as available merely because it is planned. Public pages will continue to distinguish Available, In development and Planned capabilities.
Talk through your organisation and Store structure
A short vendor call is useful for charities, multi-store organisations and independent sellers with unusual stock or fulfilment needs.
