This page reflects the OpShop.Kiwi Vendor Fees & Services Schedule Version 1.0, effective 6 June 2026. All fees are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Marketplace commission
The rate is based on the previous month’s marketplace sales
Commission applies to the item value and excludes shipping.

| $0.00–$1,000.00 | 13% | The standard monthly sales band. |
| $1,000.01–$5,000.00 | 10% | Applied when the previous month’s completed marketplace sales fall within this band. |
| $5,000.01 and above | 7% | Applied when the previous month’s completed marketplace sales reach this band. |

Growth Launch Package
$599 + GST.
Listing services
Choose upload support or full listing creation
Level 1 – Listing Upload Service
Vendor supplies photos and information. 20 listings: $99 + GST; 50 listings: $229 + GST; 100 listings: $399 + GST.
Level 2 – Full Listing Creation
Vendor selects and prepares items for listing. 20 listings: $199 + GST; 50 listings: $449 + GST; 100 listings: $799 + GST.
Training and marketing
Optional services for vendor capability and promotion
Vendor Training Session
$79 + GST.
Featured Vendor Campaign
From $149 + GST.
Seasonal Campaign Package
From $299 + GST.
Vendor Support Subscription
Ongoing support with optional monthly listing bundles
The minimum subscription term is three months.
Base Subscription
$49 + GST per month.
20-listing monthly bundle
Additional $99 + GST per month.
50-listing monthly bundle
Additional $229 + GST per month.
100-listing monthly bundle
Additional $399 + GST per month.
Schedule control

Unused listing allocations do not roll over to future months unless otherwise agreed in writing. The current controlled schedule applies until OpShop.Kiwi issues a replacement version.
